Make sure the repair shop understands that in order to be paid
for covered repairs they need to obtain repair authorization from
us.
-
- How
Will My Claim Get Paid? We are able to pay the repairer for
authorized repairs directly by Corporate Credit Card (Visa or

decision as to whether they will accept payment directly from
us or not, so you should talk to them about their payment policy
when you bring your vehicle in for repair. If the repairer requires
you to pay them for repairs and submit your own claim, the check
payment process can take up to 30 days from receipt of acceptable
claim documents.
